With a maximum allowance of two pets per apartment, residents can enjoy the company of their furry family members without any unnecessary restrictions.
This inclusive policy ensures that a variety of breeds and sizes can call Rivers Landing home. In addition to our welcoming atmosphere, we've implemented a straightforward pet fee structure. There's a monthly pet rent of $40 per pet, allowing for convenient budgeting, and a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $350 for the first pet and $150 for the second. These fees contribute to maintaining our pet-friendly amenities and creating an environment that prioritizes the well-being of our residents and their beloved pets.
