Rivers Landing does not offer furnished apartments.
Packages can be delivered to the leasing office and held for resident pickup.
Guests and occupants must comply with any written apartment rules and community policies, including instructions for the care of our property. All are outlined in the residential lease agreement.
Replacing a resident, subletting, assigning, or granting a right or license to occupy is allowed only when we expressly consent in writing.
Amenities
The property amenities are a swimming pool, sundeck, grilling station, dog park, pet play area, playground, car wash area, maintenance and property manager on site, 24-hour access, and online services. Visit our Amenities page for more information.
Yes, we are not only pet-friendly but pet-inclusive! We do not require any breed or weight restrictions, but we have a maximum of two pets per apartment. Our pet fees include a one-time nonrefundable fee of $350 for one pet and $500 for two pets. We also require a monthly pet rent of $40 per pet.
Rivers Landing offers an off-street parking surface lot.

Rivers Landing accepts ACH, Credit Card, Debit Card, Check, or Money Order.
Our minimum lease term is 3 months.
There is a $50 application fee per adult, a $250 reservation fee, and a security deposit starting at $350. Conditional approval for half-month or full-month rent can be requested after review of the application.
There are extra monthly charges for water, trash, sewage, storm-water, gas*, and administration fee.
*Garden-style units only.
All utilities are billed in addition to monthly rent.
Yes! $100,000 limited liability insurance with insurance tracking listed as additional insured/additional 3rd party is required.

From I-64, take LaSalle Ave towards Langley Air Force Base. Then, take a Left at the stop light located at the intersection of Tide Mill Ln and LaSalle Ave. Rivers Landing is the first community on the right.
